How Should I Prepare?

Personal Information
  • Government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
  • Social Security Number
  • Current address history (last 2 years)
  • Recent pay stubs (last 30 days)
  • W-2s (last 2 years)
  • Tax returns (especially if self-employed)
  • Proof of additional income (bonuses, alimony, etc.
  • Bank statements (last 2 months)
  • Retirement account statements (401(k), IRA)
  • Investment account summaries
  • List of monthly debts (student loans, auto loans, credit cards)
  • Child support or alimony documentation (if applicable)
  • Purchase agreement (if already under contract)
  • Contact info for your realtor
